Others  |  Burn off - Pyrolysis

PYROLYSIS is basically burning without ignition.
Use of Pyrolysis ovens has eliminated open burning of acids, strippers and solvents, and the inconvenient and often dangerous handling and disposal of spent stripping materials.

Burn-Off Ovens

Heat cleaning ovens, commonly known as burn-off ovens, are used for the removal of organic materials such as varnish, epoxy, paint, grease, oil and rubber or other combustible materials from metal parts, allowing them to be re-used.

Post Combustion Unit

The Afterburners are auxilliary part of Burn-Off Ovens. Releasing smoke of the process in burn-off ovens travels through an afterburner chamber. Because the smoke is completely processed in the afterburner, no harmful contaminates are emitted to the atmosphere.
